What are the shipping times and costs?

Your order will be processed within a maximum period of 2 working days after the order confirmation. Once processed, it will be delivered within an average period of 1 to 2 working days.
Mugler offers you the standard delivery charges.

Where is my order?

Mugler will inform you by email about the progress of your order. In addition, you can track your parcel at any time by entering your tracking number at the following address: https://www.dhl.com/fr-fr/home/suivi.html.

What should I do if my order has not been delivered yet?

Where can I have my order delivered?

We deliver all countries of the European Union, Monaco and the United Kingdom.

How can I return or exchange my order?

You have the option to return, free of charge, any item ordered within 14 clear days of its date of receipt. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and in its original packaging.
Please follow the return procedure below in order to return your items free of charge:

1. Declare your request for a return by sending an email to our customer service at customerservice@mugler.net or by sending a postal mail to:

2. Fill in the return form provided with your items.
3. Place the items you wish to return as well as your return form inside the parcel.
4. Place the pre-printed return label provided with your order on the outside of the parcel.
5. Once your parcel is prepared, you can either arrange a parcel pickup via https://mydhl.express.dhl or drop off your parcel at a pickup point via https://locator.dhl.com.

Mugler does not provide exchanges. For a change of size or model, you first have to return your item(s) to get a refund and then place a new order for the desired item(s).

I lost my return label, how can I get a new one?

To obtain a new return label, you can contact our customer service by sending an email to the following address: customerservice@mugler.net specifying your name and order number.

How long does it take to get a refund?

In case of return, the refund will take place within 14 days of receipt of the return parcel.

What payment methods are accepted?

Mugler accepts the following payment methods for online purchases: Mastercard and Visa.

How can I get my invoice?

A copy of your invoice is added to your parcel. In case of loss, you can ask for a copy by contacting our customer service by email at customerservice@mugler.net specifying your name and order number.
